Compensation for the Municipal Nanny service is administered by local social protection departments (units) at the family’s place of residence.
Applications and supporting documents for compensation can be submitted to an Administrative Service Centre (ASC) or to the executive bodies of city councils of cities of regional significance, as well as village, settlement, and city councils of united territorial communities.
An electronic case file is created immediately. Paper documents are then forwarded to the relevant social protection authority, at least once every two weeks.
