Help with converting a paper work book into an electronic format

Digitization of work books is the process of converting physical work books (paper documents) into electronic format.

It includes scanning the work book, saving data on work experience in digital format and their further processing, as well as uploading to the electronic resources of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.

The digitization of work books has become relevant in the context of the conflict, as documents are often lost during the movement, which creates difficulties for the population in confirming their work experience.

Often, employers place the responsibility of digitizing work books on the employees themselves. At the same time, employees are not always provided with the appropriate technical means and do not fully possess the skills necessary for qualified provision of the relevant procedure.

It was with this need that Ruslan turned to the lawyer of the Western Regional Center for providing free secondary legal assistance. The project lawyer provided appropriate resource and technical support, digitized data on work experience and uploaded them to the electronic resources of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
