The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Julian Zakrzewski, Head of the Danish Refugee Council in Ukraine, and Oleksandra Zhurakhivska, Project Manager of EnableMe Ukraine.
The parties agreed that EnableMe Ukraine will disseminate information about the digital legal aid platform PravoVsim.org, and highly qualified lawyers of the Danish Refugee Council will provide legal aid, including for people with disabilities, for the EnableMe Ukraine platform.
EnableMe Ukraine is:
o a unique online platform where you can find any information on disability issues;
o an inclusive community where everyone can get advice on any issues and life situations, join discussions or share experiences.
EnableMe Ukraine has a large team of multidisciplinary specialists who provide information to people with disabilities in Ukraine and abroad and develop an online community where you can find like-minded people, tell about yourself or ask for help.
The experts of the EnableMe Ukraine community have extensive experience and a deep understanding of disability. They provide free professional advice and coordinate with specialists from other organizations if necessary.
EnableMe has been successfully operating in Europe for more than 20 years and has been developing the philosophy of peer support. This allows people with disabilities to speak freely about their needs and achieve greater inclusion in various fields. The work of the EnableMe Ukraine community experts is aimed at making positive changes in the lives of people with disabilities and improving their well-being.
