An extract from the territorial community register is a special document in paper or electronic form that confirms information about a person's place of residence or stay or information about the absence of such information as of the date and time of the extract.

Thus, Natalia turned to the lawyer with a legal problem: submitting a package of documents to the military unit for the appointment and payment of financial support for her missing son. The documents provided to the lawyer did not include a certificate of the woman's place of residence, which is a determining factor for the appointment and payment of the said financial support.

The lawyer found an effective way to solve this problem and provided administrative support to Ms. Natalia at the Administrative Services Center, where she helped her obtain a paper certificate of residence from the territorial community register.

The provision of free legal aid to IDPs in Volyn Oblast was made possible through the cooperation of the Western Regional Center for Secondary Legal Aid with the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) and funding from the European Union's civil protection and humanitarian assistance.
